If you are cultivating collectively with of a group of patients you must set up a collective garden or risk being convicted of marijuana cultivation even if you are a legal patient. Regardless of what you do you may still be charged with cultivation but this simple process of having your patients sign your garden form and collecting their recommendations can save you the tragedy of being convicted. If you are ordering a large amount of clones we will also ask you to do this for your safety and our own. We cannot provide you with more clones then we feel is necessary to treat your condition, if you complete this process you are only limited by the number of patients in your collective garden.
